Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern use of Trovu, a service by NordheideStudios.de. By registering you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

Trovu provides a platform for freelancers and agencies to share files, collect feedback and manage project approvals via branded client portals.

3. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload, share or distribute content that:

• Is pornographic or sexually explicit
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited under §184b StGB
• Is extremist, terrorist or promotes violence
• Constitutes hate speech or incitement to hatred (§130 StGB)
• Infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Contains malware, viruses or malicious code
• Defames, harasses or threatens individuals or organizations
• Violates applicable German, EU or international law

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Illegal content will be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Liability

Under §10 TMG we are not liable for user-uploaded content unless we have knowledge of illegal content and fail to act. Users are solely responsible for content they upload.

We investigate every report and respond within 48 hours.

7. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

German law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Buchholz, Germany.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email in advance.
